Citrus

I spent the morning picking tangerines with my mom and when we returned to the house dad was making french toast - do I really have to return to the city this afternoon?!

Beyond juice, what should I do with all of these tangerines?

dry out the rind and make lovely smelly good potpourri type dry goods and keep them in your kitchen. add clove to make it smell like christmas.

I have a ton - more than we can eat - so I am thinking about making tangerine marmalade... we'll see!
