A girlfriend and I are starting to think about the menu for a ladies' lunch we're hosting next month and I think I've landed on the perfect dessert: Pink Grapefruit and Champagne Sorbet. Doesn't that sound refreshing?
The party will be at my parents' house in the desert where grapefruit season is in full-swing - hence my constant hunt for recipes featuring grapefruit!
